For rehydration of yeast: Use 5 grams (aproximately 1 tsp) per 100 ml of water, during yeast rehydration.

As a fermentation nutrient: Use 1.4 grams (aproximately 1/4 tsp) per gallon.

Contains: yeast hulls, yeast extract, complex minerals and vitamins. Contains no inorganic nitrogen (DAP)
